Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the market, monitor new food and beverage trends both domestically and internationally;
• Research customer behavior and needs to propose suitable product development;
• Compare competitor products to identify differences and suggest improvements.
• Monitor, research, and test new formulas for food and beverages;
• Review and improve formulas, ingredients, and production processes to optimize quality and costs;
• Collaborate with other departments to develop products from concept to production;
• Ensure products meet quality standards, food safety, and production cost requirements.
• Ensure products meet quality standards as per company regulations and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the production department to control the quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing products.
• Establish a regular product quality inspection process.
• Set up and update product research and testing procedures;
• Develop standards for ingredients, processing formulas, and production processes;
• Ensure the R&D process complies with food safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  1. Age: 25 – 40 years old

  2. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

  3. Major:  Food technology, Quality management, Food safety, or related fields.

  4. Experience: 

    At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the F&B sector, restaurant chains, or hotels. Knowledgeable about HACCP standards, ISO 22000, and regulations related to food safety and hygiene.

  5. Languages: Proficiency in English is preferred

  6. Computer skills: Proficient in computer usage and office/industry-related software

  7. Skills:
