Job Description

Consulting with the Leadership Board

• Advise the Project Management Director/Deputy Director on construction method selection and project supervision procedures.
• Propose the adoption of new technologies to enhance project efficiency.

Technical Management and Supervision of the Project

• Receive all project-related information transferred from the Leadership Board.
• Manage and verify construction design documents, structural shop drawings, finishing, and infrastructure in accordance with procedures and legal regulations.
• Directly or via Supervision Consultants, manage and oversee the entire process of construction works and equipment installation for architectural, structural, finishing, and infrastructure items by contractors, as assigned, to ensure progress, quality, technical standards, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention.
• Review and confirm construction methods, inspection plans, acceptance procedures, construction documentation, guidance manuals, and resolution of arising site issues.
• Inspect, approve, and settle completed quantities for architecture, structure, finishing, and infrastructure; participate in the final acceptance and handover of the completed work for operation.
• Coordinate closely with relevant departments within the Project Management Board to implement the project efficiently, on time, within budget, meeting quality standards, labor safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention requirements.
• Verify payment quantities as per signed contracts between the Group and contractors.
• Check the list of as-built documentation and complete handover procedures according to current legal regulations.
• Manage project risks.
• Participate in professional evaluation during the bidding process as required.
• Manage design documents and construction implementation files as per area of expertise.

Contractor Relations

• Supervise contractors regarding quantities, quality, and execution progress under the terms of the contract.
• Work with Supervision Consultants and contractors to ensure project works are executed according to the approved schedule.

3. Maintain confidentiality of the Group’s information and documents

4. Organize and archive related records and documentation

5. Comply with and actively contribute suggestions to improve the Group’s policies, regulations, and procedures

6. Participate in building and promoting the Group’s image and brand identity

7. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

8. Carry out further responsibilities as delegated by senior leadership or the Group’s executives

Job Requirements

1. Age: 25 - 50 years old
2. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
3. Major: Construction or other related fields
4. Experience:
   • Minimum of 5 years in construction and supervision of civil projects (for Civil Project Management Engineers)
   • Or infrastructure projects (for Infrastructure Project Management Engineers)
5. Foreign Language: English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
6. Computer Skills:
   • Proficient in using computers and standard office and technical software
7. Skills:
   • Strong planning ability
   • Independent and creative working style; problem solving and decision-making
   • Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
   • Good physical health
8. Relevant Certifications: Possess a valid Project Management or Construction Supervision license
9. Relevant Knowledge:
   • Deep understanding of quality management, construction processes, and regulations
   • Strong grasp of technical construction and design procedures, safety regulations, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention standards
