Consult the Project Management Director/Deputy Director on the selection of construction methods and project supervision procedures.
Propose the application of new technologies to improve project efficiency.
Receive all project-related information transferred from the Leadership Board.
Manage and inspect design documents, construction drawings, structural shop drawings, finishing, and technical infrastructure in accordance with proper procedures and legal regulations.
Directly or via Supervision Consultants, manage and oversee the entire construction and equipment installation process for MEPF components performed by contractors, as per specific assigned duties, ensuring: progress, quality, technical standards, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention.
Review and confirm construction methods, inspection plans, acceptance procedures, construction documentation, execution guides, and on-site issue resolution.
Inspect, process payments, and finalize completed MEPF quantities; participate in acceptance and handover of the completed works for operational use.
Coordinate closely with relevant departments under the Project Management Board to execute the project in the most effective way—on schedule, in line with cash flow, quality standards, occupational safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention.
Inspect and validate payment quantities according to contracts signed between the Group and contractors.
Verify as-built documentation and complete the handover procedures in compliance with current legal regulations.
Manage project risks.
Participate in technical bid evaluations as required.
Manage design documents and construction implementation records in accordance with professional standards.
Manage contractors in terms of quantity, quality, and execution progress according to contract terms.
Work with Supervision Consultants and contractors to ensure project tasks are carried out according to the approved plan.
Develop and implement personal work plans; report execution results to management
Provide guidance and support to new employees
Maintain confidentiality of Group information and documents
Organize and store related records and documentation
Comply with and contribute ideas to improve the Group’s policies, regulations, and procedures
Participate in building and promoting the Group’s image and brand identity
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management
Carry out additional duties as delegated by senior management or Group leadership
Age: 25 – 50 years old.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Major: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) or other relevant disciplines.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and supervision of civil or infrastructure projects.
Foreign Language: Able to use English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Computer Skills: Proficient in computer use, office software, and relevant technical tools.

Communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Good physical health.
8. Relevant Certifications: Possess a professional license in construction project management or construction supervision.
9. Related Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of quality control for construction works, procedures, and standards.
Mastery of technical procedures for construction, equipment installation, and MEPF system design; quality control procedures; regulations on occupational safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention.
