JOB DESCRIPTION

Advise, coordinate, and support the Head of Department in managing the Quality Management System (QMS) in the construction sector.(20%)

  • Advise, coordinate, and support the Head/Deputy Head of Department in developing strategies for the construction QMS to ensure effective control of technical risks during construction.

  • Participate in developing annual, monthly, and weekly plans and organize the implementation of technical solutions in construction to minimize risks and errors.

Directly inspect and manage the implementation of the construction QMS. (50%)

  • Inspect the review of design documents, construction method statements, explanations, calculations, verification reports of construction drawings, and approval status.

  • Organize inspections and supervision (on a scheduled basis) of the construction process and product handover according to approved methods and techniques, promptly detecting and correcting errors.

  • Select effective technical risk control solutions during construction.

  • Coordinate with the Project Management Board and Supervision Consultant to promptly handle incidents and effectively respond to technical and construction method requirements from relevant authorities to ensure construction quality and progress.

  • Inspect the acceptance work of the Project Management Board and Supervision Consultant for contractors and subcontractor teams.

  • Coordinate with relevant parties to inspect legal documents and QMS documents for project acceptance in accordance with current laws.

  • Report work and be directly responsible to the Head of Department for managing, operating, and controlling functional activities across the entire system.

  • Consolidate information and data; coordinate with units/departments to analyze system databases, evaluate, and report as required.

  • Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports as requested by the Head of Department regarding QMS compliance management and control.

  • Maintain the QMS to ensure effective control of technical risks during construction.

  • Participate in researching, developing, and applying new technologies, techniques, and construction methods.

  • Propose rewards and penalties according to regulations.

Update information, draft/finalize documents, procedures, regulations, guidelines, etc., as directed by the Board of Directors. (30%)

  • Update, adjust, and finalize processes, regulations, etc., related to the department’s functions and duties to meet superior requirements and actual work conditions.

  • Support drafting/finalizing documents, guidelines, etc., as directed by superiors.

Other tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by superiors/Group Leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Age: 25 - 45 years old.

  2. Education: University degree or higher.

  3. Major: Construction or other related fields.

  4. Experience: At least 03 years of experience in construction execution and at least 01 year in a similar role.

  5. Foreign Language: English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is preferred.

  6. Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software.

  7. Skills:

    • Listening skills.
    • Good communication and persuasion skills.
    • Negotiation, conflict resolution, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently, creatively, solve problems, and make decisions.
  8. Relevant Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of construction techniques, construction management, design; understanding of legal regulations in the construction field.
  9. Other Required Qualities: Honesty, meticulousness, calmness, maturity, professionalism, and ability to work under high pressure.
