Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute testing plans for software products and AI services (manual and automated testing).
  • Design detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on requirements and product specifications.
  • Work with technical team members to define testing criteria and identify potential risks.
  • Perform testing for user interfaces, functionality, integration, performance, and security (if required).
  • Identify, document, and track defects during testing, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Propose improvements to development processes to enhance product quality.
  • Support regression testing, post-deployment testing, and product readiness evaluations before release

Job Requirements

Education & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a QA/QC role within software development.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and preferably products integrated with AI or data models.
• Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, etc.
• Preference for candidates with experience in writing automated tests using Python, JavaScript, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps processes is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and modern web technologies.
