Store Operations Management
Oversee all activities of the F&B (store division) department, ensuring compliance with the brand’s policies, procedures, and standards.
Organize and manage the operations of the store chain in alignment with the business model and strategic direction.
Supervise the implementation of service quality standards, customer service style, and product consistency across all stores in the system.
Receive and analyze operational reports from Store Managers, providing appropriate directives and solutions based on actual situations.
Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop and execute promotional programs to boost in-store revenue.
Revenue – Profit – Customer Management
Be accountable for the revenue and business performance of the entire chain of restaurants/bars.
Consolidate and analyze periodic revenue reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and propose solutions to improve business efficiency.
Control operating costs and propose reasonable cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality.
Develop and maintain relationships with loyal customer groups, and design loyalty care programs.
Staff Coordination and Human Resource Management
Have full authority to allocate and arrange staff among stores to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Guide, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Store Managers and staff.
Coordinate with relevant departments to propose benefits policies, salary reviews, and bonuses based on rank and employee capacity.
Training and Team Development
Assess staff capabilities and develop appropriate training roadmaps for each position within the stores.
Plan and implement regular internal training programs to improve team quality and customer service skills.
Other tasks as assigned by upper management.
Age: 25 – 40 years old
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Major: Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in F&B operations management
- Preference given to candidates with prior experience managing a store/restaurant chain
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service quality standards, and revenue/cost control systems
Languages: Proficiency in English is preferred
Computer skills: Proficient in computer usage and office/industry-related software
