Key Responsibilities
1.Marketing Strategy and Brand Management:
- Develop an integrated marketing strategy focused on online channels (social media, digital ads) and offline channels (event organization, promotions).
- Propose and implement a brand communication plan suitable for each stage and each target customer segment.
- Coordinate with the design, content, media, and KOL departments to build a consistent and appealing brand image.
2. Customer Loyalty Management (LSM):
- Develop and implement LSM programs to maintain, care for, and increase the value of current customers (points accumulation, cashback, birthday vouchers, member discounts, etc.).
- Analyze customer behavior data to personalize offers, improve experiences, and increase engagement.
- Organize community activities (member days, member events, mini-games, etc.) to enhance interaction between the brand and loyal customers.
- Measure the effectiveness of LSM campaigns and propose improvements.
3. Market Research and Communication:
- Research customer insights, competitors, and the market to propose suitable activities.
- Plan and execute multi-channel communication activities for the responsible brand (social, offline, PR, influencer...).
- Manage and implement the production of POSM at the store (tent card, standee, voucher...).
4. Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Age: 25 – 40 years old.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the F&B sector, restaurant chains, or hotels. Familiar with food/beverage processing procedures in the F&B industry.
