Key Responsibilities
1. Product and Process Quality Control
- Inspect and monitor product quality during the production - processing - serving stages at the restaurant, bar, and kitchen.
- Monitor the quality of input materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Coordinate with departments to identify errors and propose quality improvement solutions.
2. Food Safety Standards Control
- Ensure that the food processing, storage, and serving procedures comply with food safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas, kitchens, storage, utensils, and equipment to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
- Guide and remind staff to adhere to personal hygiene and food safety procedures throughout their shifts.
3. Support Department Head and Handle Legal Documentation
- Assist the Department Head in developing, updating, and implementing internal quality standards.
- Prepare documents and coordinate with relevant departments to welcome inspection teams from regulatory agencies (food safety, environment, health, fire prevention, etc.).
- Monitor corrective actions after inspections if there are recommendations or violation reports.
4. Reporting and Quality Improvement
- Prepare product quality inspection reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Statistically analyze common errors and propose measures to improve product quality and work processes.
- Update and store quality records, forms, and inspection logs as required.
Job Requirements
- Age: 25 – 40 years old.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Major: Food technology, Quality management, Food safety, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the F&B sector, restaurant chains, or hotels. Familiar with HACCP standards, ISO 22000, and related food safety regulations.
- Language: Proficient in English is preferred.
- Computer skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software, etc.
