Design the company’s organizational structure aligned with business objectives at each development stage, define departmental functions and job descriptions for all positions.
Oversee and manage the drafting and updating of the Company’s Internal Regulations, Employee Handbook, Collective Labor Agreement, and HR-related administrative documents.
Supervise compliance with internal rules, disciplinary policies, and labor relations to ensure a fair and disciplined working environment.
Prepare and control annual headcount planning and HR budgeting; ensure proper payroll, bonuses, benefits, and compliance with Social/Health/Unemployment Insurance and labor law.
Approve procurement of tools and office equipment for employees in compliance with company standards and procedures.
Perform other duties related to organizational management.
Implement reward and disciplinary actions for employees across the company.
Develop and annually update HR policies including reward & recognition, discipline, compensation, salary structure, training, and welfare.
Develop strategies to enhance employee motivation, including salary adjustments, rewards, benefits, and internal engagement activities.
Initiate employee engagement programs and organize company events.
Conduct regular market salary surveys to ensure competitive and fair salary frameworks.
Build and implement company-wide welfare programs.
Promote and maintain the corporate culture.
Execute other motivation-related initiatives as assigned.
Define performance indicators for each position.
Develop and implement competency assessments and performance measurement programs for employees.
Evaluate average performance levels across the company and oversee performance target approvals for all departments.
Guide and support subsidiary units in implementing standardized performance management frameworks approved by the Board of Directors.
Oversee the drafting and implementation of administrative documents and procedures throughout the company.
Develop regulations and workflows to enhance the company’s administrative governance.
Directly manage and instruct General Affairs staff to perform tasks related to administration.
Advise management on facility management, equipment maintenance, and provisioning for departments.
Coordinate reception and corporate event management.
Manage security operations to ensure workplace safety and asset protection.
Oversee company fleet operations, including maintenance and transportation scheduling to meet departmental needs.
Age: 30 – 45 years old
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Major: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative management
Minimum 1 year in a managerial role
Languages: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Computer Skills: Proficient in office software and industry-related systems
