Job Title: ESG Specialist

Department: R&D Division

Work Location: Léman Building, 20 Truong Dinh Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City

I. JOB OBJECTIVES

• Project Execution: Complete 3–5 ESG consulting or sustainability reporting projects annually, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

• Client Empowerment: Support clients in improving their ESG scores or gaining recognition in sustainability rankings.

• Service Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of CCTPA’s specialized ESG consulting service packages.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ESG Strategy Consulting

• Organize workshops with senior executives to conduct materiality assessments.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews (employees, suppliers, community, etc.) to gather multi-dimensional insights.

• Develop ESG strategic maps; propose goals, KPIs, and initiatives aligned with E – S – G pillars.

2. Sustainability Reporting

• Plan and manage sustainability reporting projects.

• Collaborate with client departments to collect data based on GRI and SASB standards.

• Draft report content, design report structure, and cross-check against the GRI Standards Index to ensure full compliance.

3. Research & Analysis

• Conduct detailed benchmarking analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and ESG improvement opportunities.

• Monitor ESG reports from industry leaders to extract lessons learned and best practices.

4. Training & Support

• Develop training materials and deliver ESG awareness sessions for client personnel.

• Support clients in establishing ESG governance systems and internal data collection mechanisms.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Preferred majors: Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, Environment.

2. Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in ESG consulting or sustainability reporting.

• Proven track record of leading at least 3 ESG projects compliant with GRI standards.

3. Knowledge

• Deep understanding of GRI, SASB, and TCFD frameworks.

• Familiarity with Vietnam’s non-financial disclosure regulations.

• Possessing a GRI Standards certificate or other ESG-related international certifications is a strong advantage.

4. Skills

• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.

• Excellent report writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Proficient in facilitating workshops and delivering high-level advisory services.
