Key Responsibilities

Project Development Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks related to project development.

  • Analyze and evaluate investment efficiency, legal aspects of investment, and propose project investment plans in accordance with the Group’s procedures.

  • Coordinate with government departments, regulatory authorities, and partners to facilitate investment and legal procedures for projects, as assigned by the leadership of relevant Departments/Units and in compliance with current laws.

  • Identify land resources and develop potential new projects aligned with the Group’s strategic direction.

  • Promptly report any issues arising during implementation and seek guidance from the Board of Directors to supplement and complete legal procedures for projects.

  • Collaborate with relevant Departments/Units to promote project-related activities.

  • Develop implementation plans; prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required for assigned projects.

  • Update information and draft/complete documents, regulations, procedures, and guidelines related to legal project management.

Administrative and Legal Compliance

  • Regularly update legal documents, decrees, decisions, and regional land pricing relevant to the work.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans.

  • Ensure that all processes and regulations related to project development are consistently and continuously updated.

  • Perform tasks as assigned by superiors.

  • Carry out assigned tasks and report results accordingly.

  • Ensure compliance with directives from superiors.

Other Tasks

  1. Perform other assigned tasks related to project development.

  2. Support other assigned tasks related to legal aspects of real estate projects.

Job Requirements

1. Age: 27 – 40 years old 

2. Education: University graduate or higher 

3. Major: Project Law, Legal Studies, Economics, Construction, Architecture, Natural Resources & Environment, or other relevant fields 

4. Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience specializing in project legal affairs 

5. Language Proficiency: Preference for candidates with strong English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) 

6. IT Skills: Proficient in using computers and relevant office and professional software 

7. Skills:

  • Active listening, persuasion, negotiation, and situational problem-solving

  • Ability to work under high pressure

  • Effective teamwork and collaboration

  • Strong network with government agencies and legal authorities 

8. Related Knowledge:

  • Well-versed in land laws and compensation/site clearance regulations

  • Solid understanding of legal regulations concerning real estate investment, project management, and construction 

9. Other Required Qualities: Honesty, attention to detail, resilience under pressure, calmness, and maturity
