1. Design and Implementation of MEP Systems
  • Develop detailed technical drawings of MEP systems based on master plans and specific requirements of each modular project.

  • Calculate and logically arrange systems such as lighting, power outlets, water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire alarm, firefighting, and smart devices.

  • Proficient in using technical software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, or other industry-specific tools for design and verification.

2. Construction Supervision at Factory and On-site
  • Directly supervise the installation of MEP systems at the factory (module assembly phase) or at the construction site (finishing phase).

  • Ensure compliance with technical drawings, engineering standards, project schedules, and safety regulations.

  • Coordinate with teams responsible for interior, structural, and finishing works to synchronize systems and promptly resolve on-site design conflicts.

3. Quality Inspection and Acceptance
  • Conduct inspection, testing, and acceptance of MEP systems after installation.

  • Record, address, and report any technical errors or issues arising during construction or operation.

  • Collaborate with QA/QC teams and the investor for phased or final project acceptance.

4. Technical Improvement and Design Optimization
  • Propose optimized technical solutions to reduce costs, save energy, and enhance MEP system durability.

  • Participate in researching and applying new MEP materials and equipment that align with modern modular construction standards.

  • Continuously update technical codes and standards related to electrical, water, HVAC, and fire protection systems as per legal regulations.

5. Technical Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive records of technical drawings, as-built drawings, acceptance minutes, equipment lists, etc., for each project.

  • Prepare progress reports, quality assessments, and construction volume reports for management and relevant departments.

  • Assist in developing MEP cost estimates and material/equipment lists for each construction phase.

6. Safety Compliance and Cross-Department Coordination
  • Strictly adhere to safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations throughout construction and supervision activities.

  • Guide construction workers to follow proper technical procedures and install equipment according to standards.

  • Work closely with departments such as Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics, Interior, and Structural to ensure overall project progress and quality.
