Design Drawing Review and Consultation for Group Projects
(High-rise Apartments, Villas, Resorts, Malls, Office Buildings, Golf Courses, etc.)
- Responsible for the overall architectural design in terms of aesthetics, usability, and functionality proposed by the architectural design department.
- Manage and review design documentation.
- Review design documents and prepare design revision requests for the design consultants.
Architectural Implementation Management across Group Projects
- Manage architectural aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with Group directives and government regulations in the field of design.
- Coordinate with other departments (structural, M&E) in project execution.
Organize Design Activities per the Direction of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Organize concept design activities from master planning to civil and architectural works.
- Prepare architectural design requests and execute detailed construction drawings.
- Develop materials specification sheets for finishing works.
- Coordinate with the quality management department to prepare quantity takeoffs for finishing materials supplied to the site.
- Organize project design tasks following instructions from the Board of Directors.
Management and Operation of the Design Management Department to Ensure Project Quality and Timeliness
- Directly lead, manage, operate, and monitor work progress of staff within the department.
- Responsible for performance indicators and operational efficiency of the department.
- Recruit and develop a team of architectural specialists.
- Coordinate in recruitment, provide training in expertise, professional knowledge, and skills; evaluate performance of personnel in the department.
Other Duties: Carry out tasks as assigned by superiors or the Group’s leadership.
Job Requirements
- Age: 35 – 50 years old
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Major: Architecture (civil, industrial, urban planning) or other related fields
Experience:
- At least 10 years in architectural design for construction
- Minimum 5 years in an equivalent managerial role
- Foreign Language: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Computer Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and graphic design software

- Related Knowledge: Familiarity with structural and MEP systems
