Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Facilities at CT Semiconductor, an Outsourced Semiconductor
Assembly and Test (OSAT) company in Vietnam, is responsible for the
maintenance, operation, and improvement of the company's physical
infrastructure and systems. This role ensures that all facilities operate
efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations, supporting
uninterrupted production and business activities.
Additionally, the role encompasses Environmental, Health,
and Safety (EHS) responsibilities, including the implementation and monitoring
of workplace safety standards, environmental compliance, and employee health
protection measures.
- Facility
Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC
systems, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure to ensure optimal
performance.
- Equipment
Management:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of major electrical facilities, including
switchgear, transformers, generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and
Motor Control Centers (MCC).
- Emergency
Response: Respond
promptly to facility-related emergencies such as power failures, equipment
malfunctions, and safety incidents, implementing corrective actions to minimize
downtime.
- Project
Coordination: Plan
and supervise outsourcing construction projects, including electrical facility
overhauls, maintenance, and repair services, ensuring adherence to timelines
and budgets.
- Safety
Compliance: Ensure
all facility operations comply with local safety regulations and company
policies, conducting regular safety audits and drills.
- EHS
Program Implementation:
Support and implement EHS programs such as waste management, energy efficiency,
chemical safety, and environmental impact reduction in coordination with the
EHS department.
- Incident
Investigation & Reporting:
Participate in investigations of facility- or safety-related incidents and
assist in root cause analysis and follow-up corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of
maintenance activities, equipment specifications, compliance
documentation, and
EHS reports (e.g., incident logs, safety inspections, environmental
monitoring).

Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or a
related field.
- Experience: A
minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance roles,
preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
industry. Prior exposure to EHS responsibilities or
training is an advantage.
- Technical Skills:
o
Proficiency in managing and maintaining
electrical and mechanical systems.

Knowledge of building codes, safety
regulations, environmental laws, and
compliance standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical
drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with EHS risk assessments,
hazard controls, and environmental permits.
