Key Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising and operating the restaurant
  • Manage and coordinate activities during the assigned shift.
  • Check hygiene, equipment, and ingredients before operating hours.
  • Ensure that the service, processing, and delivery of goods follow the standards and are on time.
Assign restaurant staff duties.
  • Guide new employees and probationary staff to follow the correct procedures, service style, and standards of the restaurant.
  • Train skills in service, customer communication, order processing, and using the sales software as directed by the store manager.
Ensure that the staff works according to regulations and maintains consistent service quality.
  • Evaluate employee performance and report to the store manager to propose further training or disciplinary action if necessary.
  • Create a positive working environment, encouraging staff to maintain performance and service quality.
Handle complaint resolutions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for receiving and addressing feedback and complaints from customers related to the beverage area.
  • Intervene quickly and appropriately in operational situations occurring in the assigned area.
  • Address complaints that arise in accordance with the operational situation and store culture.
Ensure the quality of restaurant service.
  • Monitor service attitude, customer wait times, and food quality during the shift.
  • Proactively adjust work methods if there are signs of delays, procedural errors, or lack of coordination.
  • Assist in handling situations with customers if the store manager is absent (wrong orders, slow service, customer complaints, etc.).
  • Record operational conditions during the shift: customer volume, revenue, incidents, staff shortages, or ingredient shortages.
  • Quickly report to the store manager and propose solutions when necessary.
Other tasks as required by superiors.

Job Requirements

  1. Age: 25 – 40 years old.
  2. Education: Graduated from Intermediate level or higher.
  3. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Preference given to candidates with experience in F&B, chain stores, restaurants, cafés, etc.
  4. Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and industry-specific applications.
  5. Skills:
    • Good and clear communication.
    • Work organization.
    • Good problem-solving skills.
  6. Other Required Qualities: Creative, careful, proactive, flexible, supportive, responsible in work, professional demeanor. Ability to work independently, under high pressure, and flexibly in problem-solving.
