Key Responsibilities

Store Operations Management

  • Oversee all activities of the F&B (store division) department, ensuring compliance with the brand’s policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Organize and manage the operations of the store chain in alignment with the business model and strategic direction.

  • Supervise the implementation of service quality standards, customer service style, and product consistency across all stores in the system.

  • Receive and analyze operational reports from Store Managers, providing appropriate directives and solutions based on actual situations.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop and execute promotional programs to boost in-store revenue.

Revenue – Profit – Customer Management

  • Be accountable for the revenue and business performance of the entire chain of restaurants/bars.

  • Consolidate and analyze periodic revenue reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and propose solutions to improve business efficiency.

  • Control operating costs and propose reasonable cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with loyal customer groups, and design loyalty care programs.

Staff Coordination and Human Resource Management

  • Have full authority to allocate and arrange staff among stores to ensure uninterrupted operations.

  • Guide, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Store Managers and staff.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to propose benefits policies, salary reviews, and bonuses based on rank and employee capacity.

Training and Team Development

  • Assess staff capabilities and develop appropriate training roadmaps for each position within the stores.

  • Plan and implement regular internal training programs to improve team quality and customer service skills.

Other tasks as assigned by upper management.

Job Requirements

  1. Age: 25 – 40 years old

  2. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

  3. Major: Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields

  4. Experience: 

    - At least 3 years of experience in F&B operations management

    - Preference given to candidates with prior experience managing a store/restaurant chain

    - Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service quality standards, and revenue/cost control systems

  5. Languages: Proficiency in English is preferred

  6. Computer skills: Proficient in computer usage and office/industry-related software

  7. Skills:
